The service

DueLens is a local-first utility that helps you extract, confirm, organize, and remember deadlines. You may use text, images, documents, and manual entry. You remain in control of every saved deadline.

Your responsibility to confirm

Extraction can be incomplete or incorrect, especially for ambiguous dates, low-quality images, and relative language. You must review the title, date, time, amount, category, action, and reminder schedule before saving or relying on an item.

Reminder limitations

Notifications depend on device settings, permissions, battery behavior, time zone, and operating-system delivery. DueLens cannot guarantee that a notification will be delivered or seen. The app is not a substitute for professional, legal, medical, financial, contractual, or emergency advice.

Acceptable use

• Use the app only for lawful purposes.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the app or its store distribution.
• Do not use DueLens to process content you are not entitled to access.

Your data and backups

Your app data is primarily stored on your device. You are responsible for securing the device and any backups or exports you create. Erasing app data or uninstalling without a backup may permanently remove your records.

Purchases

If paid features become available, the store listing will clearly identify whether a price is one-time or recurring. Purchases, refunds, and restore behavior are also governed by the applicable app store terms. Unfinished plans are not offered for sale.

Availability and changes

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features while working to preserve access to local data where reasonably possible. Compatibility can depend on supported operating-system and device versions.

Liability and applicable rights

To the extent permitted by law, DueLens is provided without a guarantee that every deadline or reminder will be accurate or uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights. Applicable Romanian law governs these terms without limiting protections that apply in your country of residence.
